Ingredients
14 OZ / 400 G French beans
10.5 OZ / 300 G water
1 EA garlic clove
3.5 OZ / 100 G onions
5.5 OZ / 150 G bacon
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Wash and trim French beans. Add water to the mixing bowl.
Place French beans into the shallow steaming tray and attach steamer to the mixing bowl.
Steam the beans for 10 mins using the Steam button.
Rinse the beans with cold water and keep them in ice water.
Peel and halve garlic and onion, and add to the mixing bowl.
Chop for 5 seconds / speed 5. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Cut the bacon into strips and add to the mixing bowl.
Remove the measuring cup and sauté for 6 minutes using the Sauté button.
Add steamed French beans to the mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
