A healthy twist on a classical creamy sauce. Let the flavor of the garlic and mushroom come through.
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G mixed mushrooms (chestnut, shitake, oyster, chanterelle)
6 CLOVES garlic
8 OZ / 200 ML chicken stock
1 TSP salt
2 SPRIGS parsley
1 TSP black pepper
Directions
Add parsley to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds with TURBO button. Remove from bowl and then rinse out.
Peel garlic and add to the mixing bowl along with the chicken stock. Wash mushrooms and slice those big ones in half. Add them to the deep steaming tray and steam for 15 minutes.
With the steamer still attached, blend for 10 seconds / speed 6.
Remove steamer then add mushrooms to the mixing bowl along with the chopped parsley and seasoning. Mix for 30 seconds / speed 2 / stir. Empty mushrooms onto the serving dish.
