A perfectly spiced vegan-friendly Indian dish with potato and cauliflower.
Ingredients
1 HEAD cauliflower
28 OZ / 800 G potato
26.5 OZ / 750 ML vegetable broth
3 TBSP curry powder
0.5 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
Directions
Remove the florets from the cauliflower and place them into the deep steaming tray. Peel the potatoes and quarter. Add them into the simmering basket and rinse the potato.
Add your broth, curry powder, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl. Insert your simmering basket and attach your deep steaming tray. Steam your vegetables for 15 minutes on steaming mode.
Once cooked, remove your steaming tray and simmering basket, then add the cooked vegetables back to the mixing bowl. Mix your vegetables for 30 seconds / speed 3 / stir.
