Ingredients
21 OZ / 600 G broccoli
5 EA garlic cloves
3 TBSP olive oil
1 TSP chili flakes
Directions
Floret the broccoli into fairly small pieces. Set aside for later.
Peel and cut the root of the garlic and add your garlic to the mixing bowl. Chop your garlic with the measuring cup inserted for 10 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil to the mixing bowl, along with the broccoli. Sauté the broccoli using the sauté mode with the measuring cup removed for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Stir the contents of the mixing bowl and cook in sauté mode again for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
