A quick vegan-friendly breakfast is always possible when you have blackberries in your home!
Ingredients
21 OZ / 600 G blackberries
14 OZ / 400 G jam sugar
1 EA lemon
2 OZ / 50 G water
Directions
Wash your berries, then add them to the mixing bowl along with the sugar, water and lemon. Cook the jam for 30 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 2 / reverse.
Enjoy your jam!

TIP:
Pour into sterilized jars and lock tight. The jam can last for up to 6 months. Once opened, store it in the fridge.
